Do I have to pay tax on the watches I order?
You may be liable for local import taxes in your home country.
Do the watches come with guarantees or warranties?

All the watches we sell come with ONE YEAR warranties provided by Eone Timepieces.
我們的手錶採用聯邦快遞 或 順豐速運 或 本地郵政交付。
Our watches are delivered by Federal Express, SF Express or local Post Office.
How many days will it take to receive the product after an order is placed?
We aim to dispatch orders within seven working days. All estimated delivery times are stated below.
香港 Hong Kong
►最多三個工作天 up to three working days
台灣、中國 Taiwan and China, Mainland
►最多五個工作天up to five working days
新加坡、馬來西亞、泰國或其他亞洲國家 Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and other Asian countries
►最多七個工作天up to seven working days
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to most countries in the Asia except Korea (please visit, http://www.eone-time.kr). If you are trying to order watches and can’t see your country in the list pleasecontact us to place your order.
What happens if I buy a watch and it is damaged or doesn’t work?
If your watch is defective when you receive it, it will be replaced or repaired right away. See our terms and conditions. If it subsequently develops a fault within the period of Eone Timepieces’s warranty, and the fault is covered by the warranty, then it will be repaired. Again, please refer to our terms and conditions.
What happens if the watch battery has stopped working?
Please note that batteries supplied with watches are installed at the factory to check the watch is working and, due to time spent in warehousing and shipping, may be partially run down by the time of sale. Batteries are therefore not covered by Eone Timepieces’s warranty. If your watch stops working you should in the first instance take it to a specialist watch shop or repairer to have a new battery fitted. Neither Eone Timepieces nor the manufacturer can be held liable for the cost of replacing the battery.
